On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, dining area, and living room, which can also serve as sleeping space for 2 people. It has a large covered terrace, perfect for enjoying a coffee or tea, reading a good book, or simply breathing in the fresh air—whether in pleasant weather or during a magical winter setting. A summer kitchen is also available, equipped for barbecuing.
